Born and raised in New York, Neil Scibelli has established himself as one of today's leading fashion and celebrity makeup artists and on-air beauty experts.. Growing up alongside his grandfather, an oil painter, Neil was blending colors at an early age. His passion for art developed into a booming career in makeup artistry with celebrity and fashion clients in all genres including major supermodels, recording artists, and fashion houses. Neil's work has been seen on national television, in print and online editorial magazines, on the red-carpet, across major runways during New York Fashion week, and on iconic performing arts stages at Lincoln Center and Broadway.

While absorbing all of New York City's cultural influences and style, fashion and art was a natural calling for Neil. He is a graduate of the Frank Sinatra High School for the Arts which was founded by entertainer Tony Bennett, and studied later on studied broadcast communications with a focus in journalism at Marymount Manhattan College. A combination of talent, dedication and ambition allowed him to successfully turn his years of training into a full-time career.

Today, Neil has been able to merge all of his passions together, where he brings his love for beauty education as well as his natural passion for connecting to the public via beauty expert media contributions both on-air and in digital and print media outlets. Scibelli is regularly seen as an expert on Good Morning America, TODAY Show with Hoda & Jenna, Access Hollywood, and many more. Neil is also regularly tapped to contribute to magazines including Instyle, Allure, The Zoe Report, Oprah Daily, Teen Vogue, Today.com, and many more. In his own words, “I'm all about creating looks that are an extension of your style and personality. The makeup shouldn’t be wearing you - you should be the one wearing the makeup. I like to think that I just bring out the beauty that's already there."
